The breakthrough is the phase array antenna, only 5.9"s high (versus up to 5+ foot diameter domes) and with virtually no moving parts to stay locked on to the satellinte signal, (versus mechanical gyro scopes subject to breaking, unable to perform at higher speeds and requiring adjustments to operate ), ZipPhaser is able to reliably stay locked on the satellite signal under higher speeds and extreme conditions.
